Cancellation & Late Policy
24-Hour Notice Required
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows time for another client to book that slot.
Late Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or no-shows, may result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
Arriving Late
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other clients.
Deposits
Some services require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied to your final balance. Forfeited deposits cannot be refunded for no-shows or late cancellations.
